2.3 AI Processing Consent (Optional)
The platform includes AI-powered features (the Sage procurement advisor) that process your data through third-party AI providers. This is not a traditional cookie but a consent category we track alongside your cookie preferences. When enabled, data you provide to AI features may be transiently processed by Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT), and Google (Gemini). No AI provider retains your data for model training under our API agreements.

You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through the cookie consent banner (shown on first visit) or via the "Cookie Preferences" option in the platform settings. You can also clear cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect platform functionality.
Essential cookies cannot be disabled as they are required for authentication and security. If you disable all optional cookies, the platform will continue to function but analytics and AI-powered features will be unavailable.
4. Third-Party Cookies
We use Google Analytics for usage analytics (if you consent). Google may set additional cookies as described in their Privacy Policy. We do not use advertising cookies or social media tracking pixels.
5. Data Transfers
