This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the ProcureLabs platform and all related services provided by ProcureLabs Pte. Ltd. (UEN: 202606070W). This AUP is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and any Subscription Agreement, Pilot Agreement, or other agreement between you and ProcureLabs. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to comply with this AUP.
ProcureLabs is designed for enterprise procurement intelligence — analytics, supplier management, spend analysis, contract management, and related business functions. You may use the platform for lawful business purposes consistent with the features described in your subscription plan and any applicable agreement.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for ensuring that anyone who accesses the platform through your account complies with this AUP.
You must not use the platform to:
Two automated checks back up this rule; neither replaces it. Before text is sent to AI providers through our AI orchestrator, statements that tie one of these categories to a person (for example "her medical condition is…" or "Religion: …") are replaced with a placeholder, and the event is logged with the category only, not the text. A CSV file uploaded through Data Management import is refused if a column header names one of these categories (for example "religion" or "medical_condition"); cell values are not inspected. Both checks match English wording patterns, so they miss data written in other languages or without those cues. Text sent for search indexing or voice transcription, and background jobs and whole-document extractions that send content to AI providers without the orchestrator's redaction step, are not checked.
ProcureLabs includes AI-powered features (collectively, "Pala") that generate insights, recommendations, and analytical outputs. When using these features, you must:
For more detail on how AI features work, see our AI Transparency Policy.
To maintain platform performance and availability for all users, ProcureLabs enforces rate limits and fair-use thresholds. These include:
If your usage consistently exceeds fair-use thresholds, we will notify you and work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include upgrading your plan.
ProcureLabs reserves the right (but is not obligated) to monitor use of the platform for compliance with this AUP. We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we deem appropriate, including:
Where practical, we will provide reasonable notice before taking enforcement action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the platform, other users, or comply with legal requirements.
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to support@procure-labs.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly. Reports may be made anonymously where permitted by applicable law.
We may update this AUP from time to time. When we do, we publish the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date at the top. Continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP. The current version is always available at this page.
